Welcare Newsletter (Tidbits)

Tidbits is a montly two-page newsletter previously only distributed through our employer groups, but is now avaliable to all members electronically. This newsletter is updated montly and covers a variety of interesting topics each issue, based on the National Wellness Calendar.

Each month the second page has a question that, if answered correctly and sent in, places the member in a drawing for a $25 VISA gift card!
